UNIT-100 is our factory in Guangzhou. We keep 28 styles in stock: tees, polos, crewnecks, hoodies, shorts and sweatpants. You can order 50 pieces of one style and split them across colors and sizes. Plain blanks ship about 7 days after the deposit, as long as your colors are in stock.

We've run it since 2001 and made 50 million garments. Every batch gets an AQL 2.5 inspection before it ships: a random-sample check against the agreed measurements.
How long stock blanks take to ship
Plain blanks ship about 7 days after you pay the deposit. A print adds 5 to 6 days and embroidery adds 7 to 10.
These times count on your colors being in stock. Black, white and grey always are. A rare color can run short, and restocking it takes about 1 week to 10 days. Transit time comes on top.

The 28 stock styles
We stock tees from 180 to 310 GSM, crewnecks from 300 to 430 GSM and hoodies from 300 to 460 GSM, plus polos, a long-sleeve tee, shorts, sweatpants and a kids' tee.
GSM is the fabric weight in grams per square metre: the higher the number, the thicker the garment. Starting prices for 17 styles are in the next section; for the others, send us the codes.

A plain 180 GSM tee starts from $4.2 a piece at 100 pieces and $5.0 at 50, and a 300 GSM hoodie from $10.2 at 100.

How does the 50-piece minimum work?
It is 50 pieces per style, and you can mix colors and sizes inside those 50.
For example: 50 of the WG0006 hoodie, as 20 black, 20 grey and 10 white, split from S to XL however you need. Two styles means 100 pieces, 50 of each.
We don't go below 50 pieces of a style. If none of the 28 styles fits your idea, full custom starts at 100 pieces per style.

Can you add my logo to stock blanks?
Yes. We screen print, DTG print, DTF print or embroider it on the same 50 pieces, in our factory.

A print bigger than 46 × 46 cm costs extra. On a small run, a method like screen print has a setup fee. We build it into the price per piece.

Your own labels and packing
Our stock pieces have tear-away labels, so we take them out and sew your own label in.
We make the labels for you: neck labels and care labels, from 500 of each.
Making them takes about 10 days, so the order ships about 10 days later.
Labels cost about $70–80 per 500. Sewing them in adds about $1–1.5 a piece.
We sew the new label on both sides, below the back neck tape. We don't open the neck seam.
We can also pack each piece in our poly bag with your logo printed in one color.

Send us the style codes, colors, size split and your logo on WhatsApp or by email, and we reply with a price within 24 hours.
Pick your styles from the cards above and note the codes, like WG0006.
Send the codes, the colors and how many of each size. Add your logo file and where it goes.
We reply with a price and anything we need to check.
Pay a 30–50% deposit. The lead time starts here.
We print or embroider if needed. Our quality-control (QC) team checks the batch with an AQL 2.5 inspection before it ships, and we rework or remake any piece outside tolerance.
Pay the balance, and we ship.
