Tracksuit Tech Pack (Track Jacket + Pants)

A tracksuit tech pack covers two garments in one file: front and back flat sketches of the track jacket and the pants, the shared fabric and GSM, zipper and rib trims, a size chart with tolerances for each piece, artwork placement, Pantone colors, labels and the quantity per size.

What goes in a tracksuit tech pack

A tracksuit tech pack has ten parts, from the cover page to the sign-off page; here is what each part should say for a tracksuit.

  1. Cover page: Brand name, style number, tech pack number and date, so every sample and bulk carton can be traced back to this file.
  2. Flat sketches: Front and back views of the jacket (stand collar, full zip, pockets, cuffs and hem) and of the pants (waistband, pockets, leg and hem).
  3. Fabric and trims (BOM): Body fabric for both pieces with composition and GSM (for example 380gsm cotton French terry), zipper type, length and pull, rib, waistband elastic, drawcord and thread color.
  4. Size chart and tolerances: Two charts for XS to 3XL: one for the jacket, including stand collar height and zipper length, and one for the pants, each measurement with its tolerance.
  5. Artwork placement: Position and size in cm of each logo on the jacket and on the pants, and the method for each.
  6. Colors: Pantone TCX codes for the body, trims, thread and every artwork color.
  7. Labels and packaging: Neck label, care label with fiber content and wash instructions, hang tag, and folding and polybag instructions.
  8. Construction notes: Zipper attachment, pocket construction on both pieces, and whether jacket and pants are packed together as a set.
  9. Quantity and size breakdown: Pieces per color and per size. Custom orders start at 100 pcs per style and per color; stock-based orders from 50 pcs.
  10. Notes and sign-off: Anything not covered above, a revision history, and a sign-off line where you approve the file before bulk production.

Price per set

A blank tracksuit costs $33.80–$37.90 per set at 100 pcs, $31.10–$35.20 at 200 pcs and $29.40–$33.50 at 300 pcs, in USD before shipping and duties.

QuantityPrice per set (USD)
100 pcs$33.80–$37.90
200 pcs$31.10–$35.20
300 pcs$29.40–$33.50

Blank garment in 380gsm 100% cotton loopback French terry, before decoration. Stock-based orders from 50 pcs. Price is for the set: track jacket plus pants in the same fabric. Prices are before shipping and duties.

To start from one of our existing garments instead, see our tracksuit styles.

Decoration add-ons (per garment, 100 pcs)

Decoration adds from +$0.70 for a small screen print to +$4.40 for a large digital print, per garment, per position at 100 pcs, on top of the blank price.

DecorationAdd per garment
Screen print, small (chest logo)+$0.70
Screen print, large (full front or back)+$2.00
Embroidery, small (chest logo)+$1.20
Embroidery, large (front or back)+$3.70
Digital print, large (full-color artwork)+$4.40

Each print or embroidery position is priced separately, so a chest logo plus a back print counts as two add-ons. On a tracksuit, the jacket and the pants each count as one garment.

Fabric & GSM options

For tracksuits you can choose French terry (loopback), brushed fleece, polar fleece, air-layer knit, brushed jersey or interlock, from 350 gsm up to 449 gsm. The table shows the blank price per set at 100 pcs for each weight band. Each band starts at the price of its cheapest fabric type, so a heavier band can start lower.

Fabric weightFabric types100 pcs, blank (USD)
350–399 gsmFrench terry (loopback), Brushed fleece, Polar fleece, Air-layer knit, Brushed jersey$29.40–$39.70
400–449 gsmFrench terry (loopback), Brushed fleece, Brushed jersey, Interlock$30.70–$42.80

GSM is grams per square meter: the higher the number, the heavier and warmer the fabric.

Size chart & tolerances

Tracksuit tech pack FAQ

How much does it cost to make 100 custom tracksuits?

A blank tracksuit in 380gsm 100% cotton loopback French terry costs $33.80–$37.90 per set at 100 pcs, so about $3,380–$3,790 for 100 tracksuits before decoration, shipping and duties. Decoration such as a print or embroidery is added per garment, per position; see the add-on table above.

What is the minimum order?

Custom orders start at 100 pcs per style and per color. Sizes can be split inside a color. Stock-based orders, made from our ready blank styles with your decoration, start at 50 pcs.

How long does production take?

Sampling takes 3–7 days, and bulk production takes 7–20 working days after sample approval, depending on order size, fabric and decoration.

What GSM should I choose for a tracksuit?

Choose 350–399 gsm for an all-season tracksuit and 400–449 gsm for a heavier set; the jacket and pants are cut from the same fabric so the color matches. Our standard tracksuit fabric is 380gsm 100% cotton loopback French terry.

What size chart and tolerances do you use?

We start from the graded XS to 3XL charts on this page, base size M, measured flat with the garment laid on a table. Every point of measure has its own tolerance, and washed garments get wider tolerances. We confirm final measurements on your fit sample.
